Giant deer or megacerines (tribe Megacerini, family Cervidae, order Artiodactyla) dwelt per Eurasia from the Late Miocene esatto Holocene and durante Africa con the Late Pleistocene. Based on comparative morphological scadenza and morphofunctional analysis, morphogenetic and ecogenetic trends mediante this group are improved. Classification, taxonomy, phylogeny, and geographical and stratigraphical ranges of megacerines are revised.
